Curry is a blend of spices with a fragrant and intense aroma. Its delicacy makes it

particular.
The term curry derives from the noun cari, which means “soup”. It references the
traditional Indian masala, a mixture of spices obtained from the mashing of turmeric, chilli
pepper, coriander, fenugreek, garlic, mustard, black pepper, ginger, cloves and cinnamon,
and has now become famous in the western countries as well.
