Cyprus flakes of smoked white salt

Smoked white salt is a brown sea salt which is prepared by smoking it with the
combustion of wood: depending on the wood used, its taste varies slightly. It is ideal for embellishing beef dishes or for cooking with a grill or brazier.
Harvested in a natural reserve on the island of Cyprus, the white salt owes its crystalline form to a special drying technique in natural evaporation tanks. Because of its special
structure, the white salt of Cyprus dissolves immediately in contact with food.
