Herbs de Provence is a mixture of dried aromatic herbs native to Provence. The six herbs chosen by Italdroghe are all native to the Mediterranean regions: oregano, thyme, savory, marjoram, rosemary and sage.
Herbs of Provence is used in vegetable dishes, stews or with grilled meats or fish. It can
be added before or during cooking, or can be put directly into the cooking oil.
