Coarse green Hawaiian salt
The coarse green Hawaiian salt owes its colour to a bamboo leaf extract which is added during the drying process and gives it a scent which is spicier than the other Hawaiian salts (the red and black version). This salt is the perfect complement for shellfish or seafood risotto.
Due to the presence of bamboo leaves, a typical plant of the Hawaiian islands, coarse green salt is rich in amino acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals such as iron and phosphorus.
